Welcome to Miloh. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Miloh mobile application ("App") and related services operated by Mycelium Consulting Limited ("we", "our", or "us").

By downloading, accessing, or using Miloh, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Important Medical Disclaimer

Miloh is an educational tool only and is not a medical device.

The AI-generated observations provided by Miloh are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.

Always consult a qualified paediatric dentist for professional evaluation of your child's oral health. Do not delay seeking professional dental care based on information from Miloh.

Eligibility

To use Miloh, you must be:

  • At least 18 years of age
  • The parent or legal guardian of any child whose information you provide
  • Capable of forming a binding legal agreement

By using Miloh, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that you have the authority to consent to the collection and processing of your child's information on their behalf.

Use of the Service

Miloh is designed to help parents track their baby's dental development by:

  • Storing photos of your child's teeth and gums
  • Providing AI-generated educational observations
  • Allowing you to track changes over time
  • Enabling you to add notes and observations

You agree to use Miloh only for its intended purpose and in accordance with these Terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload photos of anyone other than children for whom you are the parent or legal guardian
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use the App to provide medical advice to others

Intellectual Property

The Miloh App, including its design, features, content, and underlying technology, is owned by Mycelium Consulting Limited and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the photos and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Miloh service to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Miloh is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated observations
  • We are not liable for any decisions made based on information from Miloh
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service (if any)

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon deletion, all your data, including photos and child profiles, will be permanently removed.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the App or by email. Your continued use of Miloh after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Miloh shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
