About Miloh
Miloh is designed for parents and caregivers to track their baby's dental development. By using Miloh, you (the parent or legal guardian) consent to providing information about your child for the purposes of dental health tracking and AI-assisted analysis.
You confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child whose information you provide, and that you have the authority to consent on their behalf.

Miloh is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Our insights are for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified pediatric dentist for any health concerns about your child's dental development.
Data We Collect
When you use Miloh, we collect:
- Account information: Email address and authentication data
- Child profiles: Name and date of birth of children you add
- Photos: Images you upload for dental analysis
- Analysis results: AI-generated feedback and your notes
How We Analyze Your Photos
To provide you with helpful insights, the photos you upload are analyzed by our secure, custom-built analysis engine. This process is fully automated and private.
Your images are encrypted in transit and at rest, and processed on secure cloud infrastructure located in the European Union. We do not use your photos to train our models, and each analysis is stateless, meaning it is processed independently.
What We Don't Do
- We never sell your data
- We never share photos with third parties for advertising
- We never use facial recognition to identify individuals
- We never use your photos to train AI models
Data Security
We take the security of your data seriously. All data is stored on secure servers in the European Union with encryption at rest and in transit. Access to personal data is strictly controlled and limited to essential operations only.
Data Retention
Your data is retained until you request deletion or the beta period ends. Upon account deletion, we permanently remove your data from active systems within 30 days. Encrypted backups may retain data for up to 90 days for disaster recovery purposes only.

We comply with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. You have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of all data we hold about you
- Rectification: Correct any inaccurate personal data
